Young Graduate Development Programme
Seize this unique opportunity to gain exposure in the financial services sector
The FSC welcomes a pool of ambitious and talented young graduates with little or no working experience as trainees under its Young Graduate Development Programme (YGDP).
This one-year, non renewable training contract has been especially designed using a mix of both practical and hands-on experience as well as structured training sessions including lectures, seminars, workshops and case studies to enable the trainees to gain sound knowledge of the Commission's functions and a unique overview of the financial services industry.
The YGDP is open to final year students who expect to graduate in fields such as Accounting, Economics, Finance, Law, Statistics and Management.
