Annual Reports

The FSC is required under the Financial Services Act to report on its activities together with its audited accounts in respect of the previous financial year.  The FSC hence tables its Annual Report and audited financial statements before the National Assembly.

Following the amendments in the Statutory Bodies (Accounts and Audit) Act in 2009, the FSC henceforth is required to prepare its Annual Report on a calendar year basis instead of financial year ending 30 June. Exceptionally the FSC's Annual Report 2010 covers a period of 18 months that is from July 2009 to December 2010.
