Young Graduate Development Programme (YGDP) 2026

The FSC’s Young Graduate Development Programme (YGDP) is a one-year, non-renewable training programme, intended to create a pool of talented young graduates to serve the financial services sector.

The YGDP is open to recently qualified graduates with a recognised degree or post-graduate degree or equivalent professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA).

The selected candidates will be offered a monthly stipend and refund of travelling expenses.
