Financial Services Review Panel

The Financial Services Review Panel (FSRP) is an ad-hoc review panel which is established under section 54 of the FSA.

According to section 53(4) of the FSA, any licensee who is aggrieved by the decision of the Enforcement Committee:

  • may, within 21 days of the issue of the written notification from the Enforcement Committee, forward, by registered post, an application to the FSRP specifying the reasons for a review of the decision; and
  • shall, at the same time, forward a copy of his application by registered post to the Financial Services Commission.

Pursuant to section 54(2) (a) of the FSA, the FSRP shall, on application by a person aggrieved by a decision of the Enforcement Committee, review such decision.  Any determination of the Review Panel shall be published in such form and manner as the Review Panel thinks fit.


Any party who is dissatisfied with the determination of the FSRP may apply to the Supreme Court for a judicial review of the determination.
