Day one of the workshop delved into the priority areas the OECD and G20 countries took into consideration during the review of the Principles, such as the management of environmental, social and governance risks, digitalisation, corporate ownership and concentration, and institutional investors and stewardship, among others. These priority areas were reflected in the revised Principles and discussed in the round table.

Session 2 of the workshop was a round table discussion comprising of:

Day 2 of the workshop was a panel discussion on Sustainability and Corporate Governance.
The panel discussed on how to improve company disclosures on the environmental risks they were facing, expectations from directors and shareholders to support the green transition, and the corporate governance policies that would enable an orderly transition for companies as well as for societies.
