In addition, corporate and individual qualified trustees were provided with trainings on Statutory Obligations for Trustees on the importance to maintain Beneficial Owners’ information from a practical perspective.

Various outreach sessions on on-site inspection findings were also presented to FSC licensees. The main objective of this awareness session was to highlight deficiencies and red flags observed during inspections in terms of Suspicious Transaction Reporting, Targeted Financial Sanctions, Record Keeping, Beneficial Ownership, Enhanced Due Diligence, Politically Exposed Persons and relevant Licensees’ Obligations.
